The whole planet! We are based in the UK, but we ship worldwide, so wherever you are in the world, you can enjoy our products.

Short answer: 3-5 days for the UK, and 7-14 days for International. Long answer: Our turnaround time varies and you can see our current turnaround time across the top of the page, or on the item page. Usually, it takes us 1-2 working days to dispatch the order, and then if choosing standard delivery and you're in the UK, we send on Royal Mail 2nd Class, which is 2-3 working days. If you are an international customer, then it varies on where you are in the world. As a guide, Europe is about 3-5 working days, and everywhere else is 5-10 working days. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not accept returns on personalised items, unless faulty. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at faithindesignshop@hotmail.com. If your return is accepted, any and all items are to be returned at cost to the buyer and via a tracked and signed for service as we cannot accept liability for lost mail.
